There are over 500,000 species of plants with scientific descriptions and the list is growing all the time. Keeping track of all this diversity is tricky. Luckily the DNA that every organism holds inside its cells is like a library of all the features that make it unique. We can use DNA like a barcode to identify, monitor and differentiate species. Come and try it for yourself! This will be a workshop aimed at beginners so no prior lab experience is necessary.
